No maid Service

The hotel and everything was good, except no maid service for the rooms. Some reason they didn’t have any the whole weekend that we were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday so not sure what happened, but we couldn’t get towels unless we went to the front desk ourselves and asked for them or anything else

The staff was great. The hotel was quiet. The room smelled damp and musty. So much so, I couldn't sleep. Should have asked to swiitch rooms but was too tired.

For some reason sink water was hot but shower no matter what time of day it was hardly warm. The heater would blow cold air then get hot and seem tge way it ran so we be cold then hot. The staff was awesome which made it pleasant.

Upon departure, I experienced a significant issue with my 2024 vehicle that made driving unsafe. Andrew at the front desk was exceptional in his assistance. He proactively suggested several solutions and personally checked on them, ultimately coming up with a great idea that allowed me to get home safely. The location was easy to find and close to where I wanted to be. The mattress was ok, not the most comfortable I've had but not the worst. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual selection but there was plenty of it. Wish hotel rooms had brighter lights in them, was a little darker than I like and the temperature thermostat was not easy to use.
