We previously stayed in Russellville at another hotel and loved it. This one had high reviews and looked nice so we decided to stay here for a 3 day weekend. When we got there, most of the building outside was under construction- and I mean concrete ripped up, the La Quinta sign was missing and caution tape at the front door. We stll decided to stay since they were friendly. The room had the smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling above our bed with the ground wire missing. The hotel is pet friendly, which we don't normally have issues with but there was a small dog next door that consistently barked throughout the night and entire next day as though it was left alone. The dog poop smell was apparent and at one point we watched a woman check in with two obvious dogs and 5 dog carriers. I'm sorry but this is a recipe for disaster. We ended up leaving a day early since we couldnt take the barking any longer. We will not be staying here in the future.

Clean & affordable hotel stay

Great location in-between Ouachita and Ozarks! Location is right off Highway and convenient to restaurants. There was a mix up with check-in but they made it right and we had a great 4 night stay.

Overall a Good Stopover

Overall it was a good place for a stopover. Bathroom seemed clean but the lighting was very very poor. Was not able to put on makeup in the room due to lack of light. It is a well worn property but comfortable. There was no attendant to be seen in the breakfast area. Breakfast was mediocre but got us on the road.

First I will say this hotel is conveniently located if you’re visiting ATU. There was a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel and it was very noisy between the construction and other attendees. Also, the breakfast was not very good. Coffee and tea was okay. Staff was great.

Clean- cool - economical

Not fancy by any means. Excellent rating for cleanliness and decent cost of the room. Air conditioning worked great so i slept very well! I would stay here again!

The staff was exceptional! They were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to truly make the stay an enjoyable one. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. I would definitely stay again when in the area. Very nice hotel, but the customer service is what stood out the most and will keep me coming back.
