24-hour check-in was a lifesaver as I arrived at 3 a.m. The staff welcomed me warmly and even helped with my luggage. The room was clean and inviting.

From laundry service to trekking tours and motorbike rentals, Sapa Central House has it all. It’s full service at a great price. I booked my bus tickets right at the reception — super convenient!

Pas de chauffage hormis le surmatelas chauffant. Mauvaise évacuation de l'eau de douche mais vu le prix... Peut on avoir mieux. En période fraîche, c'est quasiment impossible de se réchauffer.
