Welcome to this beautiful finca located in the urbanization of Crestatx. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the spacious garden you will find a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in an urbanisation, there are neighbours close to the house.
The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC and TV-Sat, will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the main floor you will find three bedrooms, all with AC. Two have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A separate bathroom with bath completes this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with AC, two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.
Situated in a residential area called Crestatx/Son Toni, only 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The village of Pollença is also close by, only 10.6 km away. It is a beautiful village that is well worth a visit to enjoy its cobbled streets and wonderful views of the mountains. Within a 20 minute drive you can also reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca'n Picafort, where there are fantastic beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear waters, good restaurants and a fantastic boulevard.
