Villa Son Ferragut de Baix is an elegant and spacious four-bedroom villa, surrounded by olive groves and almond trees, with clear views towards the Tramuntana mountains located on the outskirts of the village of Sa Pobla. What a truly beautiful location! With beautifully furnished interiors, an excellent location and a large pool, Villa Son Ferragut de Baix is designed to impress.



Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and has been finished to the highest standards to offer an unforgettable holiday experience. Double doors open into a spacious hallway with a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms on the upper floor. From the hallway, access is gained to the very well-equipped living room, with sliding doors leading to a beautiful covered terrace and an extensive garden with views of the Tramuntana mountains. From the living room, sliding doors lead to an impressive dining room. A second set of sliding doors leads to the modern kitchen and breakfast area. A door provides access to the rear terrace of dining, pool and garden area: a fantastic place to eat outdoors!



To the right of the entrance hallway, there is also a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the rear terrace. To the left of the hallway there is a separate WC and a large garage/laundry location.



From the hallway, the incredible spiral staircase leads to a gallery-style landing area. On the upper floor is a double room with balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also the main suite, which has a flat-screen TV and a large dressing area with full-length mirror and plenty of space to hang clothes. Additionally, it has an en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, walk-in shower, bidet and whirlpool bath. Access is gained to the shared terrace, which offers stunning views of the countryside. The fourth bedroom is a double room with en-suite shower room and access to the panoramic terrace.



The large pool is surrounded by extensive lawned gardens. The gardens offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside, along with great privacy and isolation, while being a short distance from charming traditional villages and sandy beaches. Sun loungers are provided for guests and a built barbecue is available to enjoy delicious grilled meals.

Important information to note:

In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registration of all guests.
