The first bedroom provides direct access to the balcony, while the second bedroom also opens onto the balcony and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub and toilet. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet serves the remaining living spaces. The luminous open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of capsules, as well as a fondue-raclette set. A dining table and sofa create a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a television for evening relaxation. Throughout the entire apartment, floor heating is installed and can be individually adjusted in each room, ensuring year-round comfort. A shared laundry facility equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also located in the basement and is available for use against an extra payment. Pets are welcome at Chalet Fichte, with a pet fee applicable per stay, to be paid directly to the keyholder upon arrival. It is important to note that in most properties only one pet, usually one dog, is permitted. Any additional or different animals must be requested and confirmed prior to booking.
