Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival, offering flexibility and peace of mind when planning your stay. Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 9:00 am, with a late check-out available on request during the low season. A cot, cot linen, and high chair are available on request at no additional charge. A shared laundry room is available in the basement of the building for a fee. Dogs are welcome on request, with a surcharge of CHF 10 per night. Kitchen essentials and water are included upon arrival as a one-off provision. Bed linen and towels are included once per stay, and final cleaning is included in the price. Room cleaning is available on request for an additional charge. A breakfast and bread roll service is optionally bookable, and the Montela Shop offers self-service provisions. During winter, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult per night and CHF 2.25 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years.
