Our four-season Denvic House sits perched above semi-private Denvic Lake in Northern Ontario — a rare gem where only homeowners and their guests have access to the water.
Surrounded by old-growth forest, Denvic House offers all the amenities of home in a breathtaking natural setting. The main house comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests across three cozy bedrooms (plus a pull-out couch). For larger groups or anyone who wants extra space, you can also add our Denvic Loft — a two-bedroom, three-season cottage right next door that sleeps an additional 4 guests.
🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:
Denvic House: 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 double) + pullout couch in living room — sleeps up to 8
Denvic Loft (optional add-on): 2 bedrooms — sleeps up to 4 more guests (available May–October; heat and hydro year-round, no running water in winter)
🍳 Kitchen:
Fully stocked with all the essentials — high-quality appliances, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, and sugar. Take dinner outside and cook lakeside on the Weber propane BBQ.
🛋 Living Room:
Relax on the sectional (also a pullout), stream your favourite shows on the 55” Smart TV, or unplug with our selection of board games, books, and adult colouring materials.
🚿 Bathroom:
Enjoy our spa-like 3-piece bathroom with premium hair and body wash, a blow dryer, and other toiletries.
🌲 Outside:
Enjoy 4 acres of privacy — all yours to explore. A wrap-around deck, outdoor dining area, multiple picnic tables, and a fire pit in our enchanted old-growth forest make it easy to soak up lakefront life. Firewood and kindling are provided.

Bring your pups! The yard is fully fenced and connects to the deck, so your dogs can safely enjoy their vacation too. Bowls provided.
