Private, quiet, clean 2 bedrooms with two separate private entrances, bathroom and compact dining corner! Freshly remodeled and furnished with new cabinets, furniture and appliances.
Free WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. Very useful kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, portable electric double burner, electric kettle...
The space
There is attached, budget style 2-bedroom, 400 sq/feet suite. Both bedrooms are absolutely equal size with its own separate keyed sliding doors entrance. Both are designed in forest theme, have a queen bed with comfortable brand-new mattress, wall mounted TV and convenient closet.
In addition to cozy bedrooms this suite has a small but useful dining corner, please note there is not a separate living or regular size dining room, it has compact kitchenette room with small refrigerator and all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.
It's a perfect setting for business professionals in town for work, students, vacationers, and/or people exploring the area prior to moving.
We provide all the things our guests might need and do our best to make sure that everyone is comfortable and gets as much privacy as possible throughout their stay. We ask that all parties be respectful to our home, other tenants, and the whole neighborhood by carefully obeying our home rules.
NOTE: There are more units on the property that are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows.

Great value and comfortable stay

A dear week in deer suite

The location and dwelling are really perfect, checking in was easy. Unfortunately upon opening the door the was an undertone of foul odor in the place, which proved unidentifiable after my week stay but narrowed down to makeshift kitchen area. The beds were not king, as advertising suggests, and yes it IS attached to an ENTIRE HOUSE, but the house is divided into 3 different rentals, separated by your average bedroom door with a lock. My dwelling had 3 doorways that were marked employees only. This needs to be conveyed in the ad also. Despite these difficulties, I had a pleasant stay.

Home away from home

This property had everything I come to expect when staying at Sergey’s properties… simple yet essential items(shampoo/hair dryer/iron board and iron/coffee maker/coffee, etc) and the accommodations are inviting and so comfortable. It was truly my home away from home. And it was so easy to access the unit - check in instructions were easy to understand. I never felt unsafe as the exterior lighting was bright and the neighborhood is quiet. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great property, Exceptionally Clean!

I had a near perfect stay at this property. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and attentive people, helpful to say the least. The property is immaculate. I am a person who goes above and beyond when it comes to cleaning and they do the above and beyond cleaning here. It can get a little chilly at night but there is a great space heater in the closet and that immediately resolved that issue. I strongly recommend this property to others and I’m sure I will be staying there again for my work in Northern California.
