Free Driveway Parking & Street parking available. Close to Sacramento International Airport (9 mi ), UC Davis (10 mi ), Cache Creek Casino (26 mi ). Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 and Hwy 16 and Winters. Shared 1.5 bathroom. We have hallway and front door surveillance camera. No pets allowed, one of family member is allergic to animal dander.
