The hotel only had 2 of my 3 nights booked with hotels.com. I was unable to figure out how to resolve the third night error due to no phone number available on the hotels.com website. The staff at Homewood suites were very unprofessional and treated me like dirt because I booked through a third party instead of directly with them. They evicted me from the hotel for the third night. This was the worst experience ever. I finally figured out how to contact hotels.com by asking ChatGPT who told me how to find the elusive chat bot and ask for a live agent 3 times. Only then could I get my refund. I was treated like dirt and evicted from the hotel for using hotels.com. Never again will I stay at this disgustingly managed Homewood suites. I will also never again use hotels.com because they donât make it easy for guests to get support when their bookings go wrong. If there had been a phone number to call I would have got my 3rd night at the hotel and not evicted by the incompetent staff at Homewood suites.
