Clean, comfortable, quiet room at a very affordable price. Breakfast was fine but you need to ask for some items like milk and yogurt which otherwise you might not know they even offered. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Ok stay but not the best by far

Price was right for the stay but breakfast was a joke, kids running up and down the halls all day/night. Was outdated but clean. No room service the whole week but towels no clean up at all. I would consider other hotels in the area.

Troy was extremely rude to our party. I’ve never felt so unwanted in my life. Also there were these bugs all over our bed this morning. I left pretty quickly after these were found. Will not be back or recommend this place.

Decent place to stay

We had a jacuzzi suite and The room was nice with plenty of room. There are a couple of reasons for only 4 stars. First the jacuzzi tub had a soap film on it that would have been easy to clean, if an attempt had been made. Secondly, the breakfast was a little lacking. Kind of on the sparse side but, at least there was something. The pancake machine wasn’t working. There is a Cracker Barrell basically on the premises. The location is convenient to the interstate, gas stations and Frankenmuth without the Frankenmuth prices. Overall it was an ok place to stay and I would stay there again.

We did not enjoy our stay much. The bed was hard as a rock. The water in the toilet was so high in the bowl, I could not sit on it without parts of me dipping in the water. There are signs on the front desk and in the hotel soliciting tips, which is just tacky. For a deluxe suite, the room was dirty and gross. The shower made a loud screeching sound the whole time and was so high pressured it felt like my skin was gonna rip off. Just an overall unpleasant stay.

The person that checked us in was a bit unfriendly but every other staff member was awesome! The lady that helped with breakfast was so helpful and kind. We were there for a tournament so my kids loved the pool/hot tub to come relax in when they got back. The beds were pretty stiff. The pillows are tiny. But over for what we paid it was well worth it. It’s not a brand new fancy hotel but it worked well for our needs. Would definitely go back here!

we were not told that you only clean every three days. Needless to say, our room needed cleaning at least daily. No beds made for 3 days, and trash was emptied daily.... not exactly good housekeeping. we had one .75 ounce shampoo bottle for 3 days and one very small bar of soap for 3 days no one replaced any bathroom supplies we had to ask for new towels, and we were told by the Manager at the desk, we needed to bring down our dirty towels and they would be replaced. poor people skills by management. Can not recommend this place and will never return here .... it was supposed to be a 44 th anniversary trip for us.... to bad this was where we were recommended to stay for 3 days.....Should have stayed elsewhere , as should you!!
