TIF is a studio apartment built in a wooden extension (adjoining the owners' house) located 50 meters from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It has private parking on the property and a completely separate entrance.

Ground floor: vestibule/cloakroom and shared laundry room.

Upstairs: bright living room with large bay window opening onto a 6 m² loggia overlooking the garden and offering a view of the ocean. Fitted kitchen open to the living room with two comfortable 80x200 twin or single beds, and a bathroom/Japanese toilet.

Additional amenities include: high-speed Wi-Fi/fiber, crib (without sheets)/high chair/baby adapter, books, comics/manga, beach games/seats, cleaning products, and basic necessities (condiments, oil).

Included: Electricity, electric heating, quality linens (beds made upon arrival), and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: Towels and tourist tax.
Pets allowed (€20/stay).
Admission with Aurore AND/OR self-catering with a key box.
