Les Embruns "Tout d'abord le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  quelques pas de la plage, vraiment top. La personne qui s'occupe du logement Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able. Cependant nous avons plusieurs dĂ©sagrĂ©ments avec le logement notamment avec la porte-fenĂȘtre dont le loquet ne fermer plus donc quand vous avez un enfant en bas Ăąge avec vous ce n'est vraiment pas super question sĂ©curitĂ©. Mais le plus gros problĂšme a Ă©tĂ© avec la porte d'entrĂ©e dont la poignĂ©e tenait avec du cellophane et du carton.... SystĂšme D qui d'ailleurs n'a tenu que quelques heures avant de cĂ©der malgrĂ© le fait que nous avions Ă©tĂ© assurĂ© que cela tiendrait. Nous avons failli rester coincĂ© dans le logement, de quoi bien commencer les vacances ... AprĂšs avoir relancĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises la conciergerie, une personne est intervenu, le lendemain, pour retirer le loquet pour Ă©viter d'ĂȘtre bloquĂ©s. Nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© ĂȘtre prĂ©venus en avance car le problĂšme n'Ă©tait pas rĂ©cent et qu'un remplacement Ă©tait prĂ©vu pour septembre."

L'appartement Ă©tait magnifique, vaste et bien dĂ©corĂ©; nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien; nous avons surtout appĂ©ciĂ© le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur congĂ©lateur. Tout l'appartement avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© et le matĂ©riel Ă©lectrique Ă©tait neuf. Le parking privĂ© est un atout supplĂ©mentaire surtout l'Ă©tĂ© (beaucoup de monde et parlings payants) 🙁 L'accueil pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©: la personne qui devait nous remettre les clĂ©s de l'appartement Ă©tait absente (malgrĂ© l'annonce de notre arrivĂ©e par tĂ©lĂ©phone) et ne savait pas du tout situer l'anneau pour le parking."

TrÚs bien sauf: pas de canapé dans le séjour.

Spacieux, propre, proche de tout. Un point nĂ©gatif: les chaises sont dures sans galette et de plus il n’y avait pas un canapĂ© pour s’asseoir dans le sĂ©jour.

Jardin arborĂ© (cĂŽtĂ© balcon,""sĂ©jour-cuisine"") trĂšs calme et agrĂ©able, bien entretenu, mais non accessible hĂ©las. Cependant ce ""poumon de verdure"" est apprĂ©ciable. Douche baignoire, sĂšche-cheveux, lave-linge. Cuisine moderne en bois chaleureux, bien Ă©quipĂ©, plaque vitro, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, frigo-congĂ©lateur, cafetiĂšre, machine expresso, grille pain, bouilloire... Il ne manque rien ! Ah si : une louche ! :) 🙁 Quelques suggestions ? La mise en place d'une climatisation serait bienvenue. Petits travaux Ă  faire tels que : rĂ©parer la fermeture des baies vitrĂ©es, lumiĂšre au dessus du lavabo... Un aspirateur plus efficace. Ce ne sont que des petits points de dĂ©tail qui n'altĂšrent en rien notre sentiment d'avoir passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Et enfin, la pose d'un revĂȘtement de sol plus clair ou d'un parquet flottant donnerait la petite touche manquante de modernisme Ă  ce logement trĂšs plaisant et trĂšs bien situĂ©.
