La Marette is situated on the edge of the village which is in itself situated within a Bird Sanctuary and Natural Reserve yet only 10 minutes from the golden beaches of the Vendee!
This well-maintained and pretty villa consist of 3 double/triple bedrooms plus a self-contained studio with king sized bed and bed settee with its own toilet and wet room. The main house has a well-proportioned bathroom including a sofa bath with a shower and a fitted corner shower cabinet, including massage jets. There is a separate toilet.
The open plan lounge/dinner/kitchen is well equipped with a log burner and leads onto a large patio and attractive 2000 sq meter garden. The 10 x 5-meter pool is heated and is surrounded by countryside, palm trees and bamboo. It is cleaned and maintained during your stay. The pool area is set within a fenced garden to the side of the villa. It is surrounded by roses, lavender and Russian sage. Sunbeds and a poolside table and chairs are provided. On the main patio, accessed via French doors from both the main house and the studio is a large table with benches and a gas barbeque. The studio and the main bedroom overlook the pool.
There is a children's play area with swings, a trampoline and table tennis and an outdoor toy box. Books, games.
