Hôte disponible et à l’écoute. Appartement dans une résidence plutôt calme question voisinage direct. Par contre, est situé en face d’un garage qui commence ses activités très tôt.L’appartement est bien équipé, mais nécessite un petit coup de renouveau ( peinture essentiellement, et un petit coup de tournevis sur la plan de travail qui penchait beaucoup)
