You are less than a 10-minute drive from the Zénith de Rouen, the Parc des Expositions, the Madrillet university centre (INSA, ESIGELEC, etc.) and the SNCF railway station. ## Notes

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
