Perfekt place for a stay in beautiful Corsica

We were very well taken care of from the besinning and got help storting out carrental details before arriving for example. The house was very charming, well taken care of and it was well situated no more than a walk from the center of lovely Saint Florent, an very close to the ester.

Nice and calm place

We really enjoyed our stay in Saint Florent. The place was cosy, clean and with everything we needed. We have spent a lot of time on the terrace where you have big table with a lot of chairs (etc. :-). The beach is really 100 metres from the flat. If you have small children, we recommend to go about 500 metres farther away, where the water is more shallow - and also very warm.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wurde als mangelhaft empfunden. Der Vermieter war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und hat sich nicht um unsere Belange gekümmert. Nach schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme erfahren wir, dass er im Ausland ist. Die Wohnung ist dunkel und feucht. Die Terrassentür lässt sich nicht verriegeln, sodass Einbruchgefahr besteht. Das Aussenlicht im Treppenzugang zum Haus ist defekt. Kein WLAN-Zugang obwohl explizit im Inserat aufgeführt. Insgesamt zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohn-/Esszimmer: nur 4 Eisenstühle, 1 Plastikstuhl und ein 2er Sofa, welches durchgesessen ist. Die schweren Eisenstühle entwickeln beim Verrücken laute Kratzgeräusche. Im 2. Schlafzimmer steht nur ein Etagenbett, wenn man oben liegt benötigt man eine Taschenlampe, denn der Lichtschalter befindet sich im Flur. Zu wenig Regalraum zum Verstauen von Kleidung und Lebensmittel. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet, 2 Töpfe ohne Griffe, eine Pfanne mit verbeultem Boden. Sowohl Teekanne sowie ein größeres Fleischmesser. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern nur kleine Lampen mit Lampenschirm, im Bad ist nur ein schwaches Deckenlicht, was unzureichend ist (Schummerlicht). Im Bad ist Schimmel an den Fliesenfugen. Nach dem Duschen stand das Wasser in der Duschwanne, auch nachdem wir den Abfluss gereinigt haben lief es nur schlecht ab. Der Parkplatz ist zu kurz. Garten nicht gepflegt, lautes Ventilatorengeräusch.

Wir waren gegen Ende der Sommersaison als Familie mit Kindern für eine Woche in diesem Appartement und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand spazieren, aber auch am Strand entlang nach Saint-Florent hinein. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse und der kleine Garten. Nachts war es ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen kann. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt, Dusche und WC sind modern. Der Gastgeber reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen und ist hilfsbereit, wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr heimelige Unterkunft, tip top sauber! Zum Strand in einer Minute zu Fuß, zum Bäcker 10-15 min am Strand entlang. Sehr schönes Panorama der Bucht! Können wir absolut empfehlen!

Location propre et très confortable et présence de tous les équipements nécessaires à des vacances tranquilles. Nous avons surtout apprécié de pouvoir prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse, et le jardin amene un plus ! Beau logement bien situé

Idéalement situé distant à pied de la superbe plage de la Roya, ce logement est très bien situé. Conforme aux photos, au calme, jolie vue et bien aménagé et équipé, il est parfait pour une escapade à Saint Florent. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et procédure claire pour y accepter.

Agréable séjour à St Florent

L’appartement est très bien situé (plage accessible facilement à pied) et agréable à vivre (notamment la terrasse extérieure avec le petit jardin). La végétation alentours permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur (climatisation très peu utilisée). Petit bémol : literie un peu dure à notre goût et wifi ne fonctionne pas. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte et ses relais sur place

Appartement très propre et très bien situé, la plage de la Roya est accessible à pieds en quelques minutes. Terrasse agréable, et très bon accueil par Stéphane. Tout s'est parfaitement passé.

En 1 mot : Parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très propre, très confortable et très bien équipée, idéalement située à St Florent pour être au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville à pied par le bord de mer. Cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire a été extrêmement flexible et arrangeante pour l’arrivée et le départ ! Un grand merci !

Situation idéale

Appartement idéalement situé au bord de la mer. On peut se rendre au centre de St Florent à pied en passant par la plage. La terrasse pour les repas est très appréciable. Appartement propre avec tout le nécéssaire.

Très bon emplacement et très belle végétation

L’appartement est très joliment décoré tout en restant simple. La vue du jardin est très agréable, on se croirait en Asie (Inde) et la lumière est très belle. La plage en bas de la résidence est chouette avec son loueur de paddle et l’école de voile juste à côté. On peut se rendre à St. Florent par la plage en peu de temps si on aime marcher dans le sable. Globalement, nous avons apprécié cette location.
