Located in a quiet dead end on a closed plot of 600m2.
At 300 meters by the dune you go directly to a sandy beach, with rocks at low tide for fishing.
Swimming possible at rising tide, very pleasant and safe for children.
You will reach on foot (in 10 minutes), walking along the sea, the supervised beach of Sables Vigniers.
Very close to shops (mini-market, bar-restaurant, bakery, newspapers) at 200m.
You will find all the local and artisanal products on the market of Domino at 2 km, accessible in 10 mn by bike by following the cycle track.
The small port of Cotinière with its fish auction, restaurants, bars and shops is only 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bicycle via the cycle path.
The house has all the comforts (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hair dryer, iron, fridge-freezer, garden furniture)
