Très déçus par cet appartement vétuste,seul point positif la proximité avec le télécabine. Très bruyant car donne sur la route, impossible de déjeuner sur le balcon ni de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. La VMC fonctionne en permanence et le moteur doit se trouver au dessus de la chambre ! Très mal équipé et aucun kit d'accueil donc il faut tout amener de chez soi ! Le frigo était en panne à notre arrivée, il a été remplaçé mais sans freezer, pas top en plein été !

Agréable meublé pénalisé par la proximité de la route.
Bon séjour dans cette location qui en contre partie des nuisances sonores de circulation, offre une proximité immédiate avec les commerces.
Vue exceptionnelle sur les dômes de miage.
Hèlas construction en cours de l'autre côté de la route qui engendrera bientôt des vis à vis direct sur l'appartement.

J'ai réservé par XXX et c'est Interhome qui gère la location... Les deux organismes me demandent mon avis sur la location...Une coordination entre les deux organismes seraient souhaitable....Je ne répondrai pas aux deux

Moui... mais non.
Les bons points; près du téléphérique, une chambre, ascenseur et parking. Pour le reste, tout est très vieux dans cet appartement qui est resté dans son jus depuis les années 70. Aucune petite attention à l'arrivée. Vous devez TOUT racheter. On sent que sur les 900 euros de la location hebdo absolument AUCUN euro n'est réinvestit dans l'appartement pour l'améliorer ou pour penser au confort du locataire, lui faciliter la vie. Juste le profit. Donc rapport qualité/prix très moyen.
