Welcome to our charming house located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, a picturesque seaside town on the Vendée coast. Our holiday home is ideally located 50 metres from the port of La Vie and only 900 metres from the sandy beach. With a capacity of 3 people and a spacious room, our apartment is ideal for couples and small families looking for a relaxing stay.
The 45 m² accommodation is welcoming and very bright. The rental is located in an area ideal for families and is located in the centre of the city, just 300 metres from the SNCF train station and local shops and markets. You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the many attractions it has to offer.
The house has a terrace with garden furniture so you can enjoy the sun and have your meals outside. Completely enclosed for more privacy, you can relax in peace.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, as well as all the utensils and dishes you need to prepare your meals. You can dine indoors or outdoors on the terrace.
