Over on the mainland, pay a visit to downtown Fort Myers for unparalleled dining, shopping, and entertainment options, less than 30 miles from your door.

Boasting a sparkling, sun-kissed interior, this brand new, single-level home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games with the whole family, and a living area with plush seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Step outside into your screened and furnished lanai and watch boats pass by on the water or take a few steps down onto your private dock where you can drop in in one of the provided kayaks or the canoe for a paddle along Long Cut Preserve with kayak trails and hidden lagoons. You can watch manatees and dolphins play by day and marine life attracted to underwater dock light by night.

This home also includes a desk in one of the bedrooms for remote work or school, central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill to help you spice up your home-cooked menu.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap are provided. A hair dryer is available in each bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
