- A living room with a high-quality 140 cm foldaway bed with a real mattress and a view of the ocean!
- An alcove with two 90 cm bunk beds, with a door to close the alcove for more privacy.
- A bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.

This studio is very functional and well equipped, with direct access to the beach (sailing school and beach club for children at the foot of the building) and is close to the golf course, thalassotherapy centre and amenities.

Free public parking near the residence. The flat is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
