Encountered an issue with the lock on the room door. It wouldn’t unlock so entry into the room was challenging, According to the front desk, the locks stick sometimes. I had to have a staff member assist me twice to get into the room. Then at 7am, the fire alarm went off and I tried to exit the room, only to be locked in! The lock would not turn, wouldn’t budge. I finally reefed on it and it moved slightly so I kept at it until the lock gave way and I was able to open the door. Did not feel safe at all after that so I left the hotel. If they know the lock is an issue, fix it!

Very confusing property from parking to room floors and room layout with no clear direction from signage to staff direction. Lots of in-genuine fake smiles from staff. Unclear where or if breakfast was included. Terrible in room coffee. Bathroom was inadequate.

The Delta wa great all around, the concierge especially Robert was very informative and gave good suggestions for a brunch restaurant with live music. The only downside was the laundry. One washer and one dryer for 3 floors of guests, had to wait over 3 hours to get a chance to use the machines.
