Located in the heart of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, just a few steps from the beach, this bright and spacious 55m² apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building. It offers sea views from the kitchen and rooftop views from the other side. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and can accommodate up to 4 guests. 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made upon arrival.

- A fully equipped open kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, dishwasher, and a dining table for 4.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200) with a closet.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200) with a closet.
- A bathroom with a shower.
- A separate toilet.
- Baby amenities available upon request: high chair and travel crib (For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide an additional mattress for the crib. You are welcome to bring your own if needed.).

• Train station: Saint-Malo Train Station (10 minutes by car, 2.5 km – Bus line 2).
• Airport: Rennes Airport (1h05 drive, 76.3 km).
• Bus & coach departures from Place St-Vincent to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Mont Saint-Michel, and all Saint-Malo districts.
• Ferry terminal: 5-minute walk (connections to Portsmouth, Jersey, Guernsey).
