Alles angemessen im Apartment. Sehr angenehm, dass man Pool, Sauna, Haman, Sportgeräte usw. nutzen kann - die sich direkt in demselben Gebäude befinden. Auch Fahrradverleih direkt bei P&V.Gute Lage, 5 Min zu Fuß vom Zentrum. - Kommunikation könnte schneller und genauer sein.

Résidence très accueillante au proximité du centre ville, des villages, des plages... appropriée pour un repos et dépaysement complet. La résidence est dotée d'un 0arc, piscine, espace gym. L'échange avec la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel parfait pour se reposer.Un plus la location de vélo directement dans la résidence et place de parking.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits à Saint-Martin-de-Ré en août. L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et du port : tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement est plutôt calme, propre à notre arrivée, et offre peu de vis-à-vis.Cependant, plusieurs points sont à améliorer. Le balcon était peu entretenu, avec un mobilier de jardin abîmé, et il n’y avait ni parasol ni store pour se protéger du soleil de l’après-midi. Résultat : l’appartement devenait très chaud, d’autant plus qu’une grande baie vitrée donne directement sur ce balcon.Côté équipements, la bouilloire et le sèche-cheveux annoncés étaient défectueux et n’ont pas été remplacés durant notre séjour. Les échanges avec les propriétaires se font uniquement par SMS, ce qui n’a pas permis une résolution rapide, même si leur fille sur l'île a pu nous apporter une serviette manquante.Enfin, il est important de préciser que la "chambre" mentionnée dans l’annonce est en réalité une petite pièce faisant office d’entrée, sans fenêtre ni aération, équipée d’un canapé-lit. Cela peut être trompeur si vous cherchez un véritable espace nuit séparé. Nous avons finalement dormi dans la pièce à vivre, également équipée d’un canapé-lit. Heureusement que nous étions seulement deux.En résumé : un logement bien situé et calme, mais avec des prestations en deçà de ce que laissait entendre l’annonce. Dommage, car le potentiel est là. Un étendoir à linge serait également à prévoir !

Appartement conforme à là description. Très bien situé à 5 mn à pied du port et centre de Saint Martin en Ré. L accès à la piscine est un plus et parking sécurisé. Valérie pour un meilleur confort changez votre table de séjour qui est bancale . Je recommande Sylvie

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein du logement de Valérie. Nous ne pouvons pas passer à côté de la piscine, du Sauna ainsi que le Hammam, très agréable après une journée de visite et découverte sur l'île.Je recommande vivement Valérie et son logement.

C'est un appartement avec un canapé lit ds le salon cuisine. Matelas moyen et surtout propreté pas nette du tout. C est gras sur bcp de parois. Le balcon est sale Une prise de courant est en décrépitude ds la salle de bain juste a côté du lavabo... C est dangereux. Pas de wifi. Petite TV. Donc à 1200 euros les 6 nuits c est très cher... C'est dans une enceinte Pierre et Vacances en decrépitude. Petite piscine commune avec Transats sur les cailloux... Heureusement c'est bien situé a Saint Martin de ré.

Repos à Saint Martin

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé sur l’île et saint Martin. Le logement est épuré, simple (il pourrait y avoir quelques améliorations pour rafraîchir l’appartement. Par contre il y a des extras intéressants avec piscine, hammam et salle de sport.
