On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, lounge with fireplace and pool table (radio CD, TV, DVD), fully equipped kitchen, separate WC, two bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with five single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with WC. The basement offers a games room (table tennis, table football, darts) with free access. On request and available for an extra fee: private relaxation room (spa, sauna, exercise bike, TV, shower). Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee. The house is heated with central oil heating. Enjoy a 1,000 m² enclosed garden (swing set, slide), and a 45 m² covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Perfect for family gatherings, holidays, or weekends with friends.
