Malheureusement, la maison nous a été remise dans un état de propreté plus que moyen (sable, table du salon non-essuyée, toiles d'araignées, etc), et nous avons réalisé au moment de notre coucher que les draps n'avaient pas été changés, avec dans les lits de la saleté clairement visible. Nous avons dû nous-mêmes trouver des draps propres dans les placards.La plupart des pièces sentent le renfermé.Par ailleurs, les équipements de cuisine ne sont pas très complets. Enfin, malgré la disposition de la maison assez étrange, elle est spacieuse et bénéficie d'une bonne localisation pour accéder aux plages. Le jardin est spacieux mais malheureusement pas fermé car le portail est cassé, et donc ouvert en permanence.A notre arrivée, nous avons remarqué un nid de guêpe dans le jardin à côté de la porte d'entrée, mais le propriétaire a rapidement agi pour résoudre le souci. Le propriétaire très sympathique s'est montré réactif et a cherché une société de ménage pour rétablir la situation, mais aucune n'était disponible sur la période.

A l’arrivée le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à l’entrée du village car toutes les routes étaient bloquées suite à une fête Il nous a fait visiter la grande maison qui est très spacieuse pour 6 personnes le jardin est aussi très grand avec un barbecue extérieur Le village est très calme même le soir La plage est proche

viel Platz

Während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes im Haus in Finistère waren wir inbesondere von der Größe des Hauses, mit viel Platz für eine Familie und ganz besonders vom Garten angetan. Ideal um im Garten zu Grillen, auf der Terrasse zu essen,, so es die Wetterverhältnisse zuliessen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben dort gut geschlafen. Obwohl das Anwesen zwischen zwei Straßen liegt herrscht nicht viel Verkehr (August) Insgesamt eine gute Wahl in einem ruhigen Ort, zudem nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern.

Emplacement parfait proche du proxy et des plages tout est faisable à pied sans soucis. Propreté correct. À noter tout de même une forte odeur d’humidité assez désagréable dans la maison surtout dans les chambres. A NOTER : PAS DE MACHINE À LAVER LE LINGE Maison avec je pense MACHINE de potentiel, avec quelques ajustements elle serait parfaite pour les vacances.

Merveilleux séjour malgré un temps maussade

La maison est située dans un joli village. La plage de Saint Pabu est idéal pour la baignade. Les autres plages et les dunes sont idéales pour les balades avec ou sans chien. La maison des Abers offre des animations atypiques, type conte celtique, vraiment intéressantes. Beaucoup de visite à faire avec des littoraux changeants. Superbe dégustation de fruit de mer grâce au Vivier Breton. Enfin, ne pas manquer le Fort La Latte qui est un peu loin mais exceptionnel. Séjour très agréable, peu importe le temps, dans une maison confortable.

ETAT DE PROPRETE INVRAISEMBLABLE

Nous avons trouvé une maison dans un état de propreté déplorable (nous avons pris de photos prouvant nos dires) : cloportes dans chaque angle des pièces de la maison, ustensiles de cuisine absents, grille-pain, cafetière, four, réfrigérateur, placards, tiroirs, évier, table de salle à manger etc .... apparemment jamais nettoyés. Lorsque nous avons retiré les taies d'oreiller et les housses de couettes, nous avons constaté avec horreur qu'elles étaient maculées de taches d'urine et de sang et ??? Si nous avions pu trouver une autre location, nous serions partis sur le champ mais, hélas, il n'y avait rien de disponible et nous avions des rendez-vous planifiés. La personne en charge de notre arrivée a dû rester pour nettoyer le réfrigérateur. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a affirmé que la maison était propre !
