A fully equipped kitchen, a boat cabin room with private shower and washbasin, and separate toilets complete this space.

The shops in the town centre are accessible in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot. The Quéhan Tennis Club is 700m away (1 minute by car/3 minutes by bike/9 minutes on foot).
In 5 minutes by car, you reach the quays of La Trinité sur Mer, the marina and the Nautical Society (sailing school).
Many oyster farmers are nearby for on-site tasting or to take away a seafood platter.
Right along the coastal path, this house is also the starting point for beautiful hikes. A cycle path passes in front of the property.

This lovely house was just perfect for a marvelous 5 night stay in Saint-Philibert! The old house has been completely refurbished with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, lighting, windows and electrical outlets. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an easy to use with everything in it kitchen, living room and dining room!!! The outdoor space is enormous! With stone patio space on both sides surrounded by huge grass and garden areas, and the waterway right outside the windows!!! We loved every minute here! I’m a hiker and there are hiking paths all along the coasts and throughout ll of the cities! Wonderful restaurants nearby.. most within walking distance. We were greeted by Pierre with lots of useful tips about the area, and delicious biscuits of the region! This house and this area was so comfortable and so much fun!! History, nature, megaliths, hiking, great seafood, lovely coastal views and areas.. just ideal!
Maison du phare super fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes, et une vue magique sur la Trinité.Un terrain immense pour se détendre et admirer le coucher du soleil.
Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette maison, où nous avons profité de la vue imprenable du salon comme de la terrasse et de l'immense jardin. Les adultes comme les enfants ont profité de cette maison de qualité où chaque pièce est bien pensée et aménagée de façon à ne perdre aucun m². Une maison de vacances ressourçante.
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans ce petit paradis.

Tout est conforme aux photos, il ne manque rien, tout est bien pensé et chaque recoin est utilisé, juste un petit bémol c’est le robinet du lave mains qui est un peu difficile

Une vue imprenable depuis la maison. Un accès immédiat au sentier côtier. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Il ne manque rien.
En l'absence de notice, seul le réglage du chauffage nous a posé quelque problème. Mais lorsque nous avons compris comment il fonctionnait nous n'avons pas eu de soucis.
