3-star house, located in Saint-Philibert, 100 m from the Crac'h river and coastal path. The path leads you, 500 m away, to a small swimming cove.

Kernevest beach, 2 km away, is accessible via a sublime coastal road. The port of La Trinité Sur Mer and its shops are also 2 km away. Just 400 m away, an oyster tasting directly from the producer will allow you to savour fresh seafood products.



From the house's terrace, you will enjoy a view of the Crac'h river and the shores of Trinité-sur-Mer.

Port Dun

Good location in a good neighborhood. Beautiful property. However, space is shared with neighbors and could become a little crowded if other houses are occupied. Mattresses need to be changed: very uncomfortable. Also, 140 cm beds is small for big bodies. A dryer would be nice. WiFi super slow: So weak that we could not stream a movie and barely download videos. Overall the house is a little old but has good potential. Kitchen super small. Bottom bathroom super small. No curtain or glass to prevent water splashes when showering.

"Une maison à recommander pour un séjour au calme à quelques dizaines de metres du bord d'eau. Une maison idéalement située au calme avec vue sur l'estuaire de la rivière Crac'h. A deux pas de promenades en bord de côte. la maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Très bonne relation avec le réceptif pour gérer l'arrivée, la remise des clés et le départ.
