Lovely villa with dazzling sea views, swimming pool, beach 2 min, sleeps six (3 bedrooms, one with fireplace, 3 bath/shower-rooms), very large living area (living room with fireplace, dining area, library), designer kitchen, Designers Guild interior, brand new Smart TV with Ambilight and international channels, WIFI , terraces, garden, garage...
Overlooking the bay of La Figueirette and the Iles de Lerin in the bay of Cannes, the villa has recently been refurbished to the highest modern standards. With sea views from every room over the Mediterranean, including the hills of SuperCannes, the Italian Alps, and---on a very clear day---Corsica, Villa Miramar is in easy walking distance from the sandy beach (two minutes by car) and 2 beautiful 'secret' pebble bays, and only footsteps away from an entrance to the National Park de l'Esterel with fantastic hiking and mountain biking.

The property features a modern interior (Designers Guild). There is a swimming pool 9x5 meters, and terraces for sunbathing and outdoor dining, set in a terraced Mediterranean garden. The total interior area is 220 m2 or 2354 square feet. The terraced garden is 1100 m2 or 11770 square feet. There is a garage and additional parking area on the driveway.

The villa is south-east facing, at an altitude of 124 m, or 350 feet.

Le Trayas is a village built on the slopes of the Pic Martin, a hill at the foot of the Esterel mountain range. The local coast line is known as the Cote d'Or, featuring the world famous Corniche d'Or, one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. The Cote d'Or has innumerable small sandy bays, separated by dramatic cliffs.

The Villa was chosen for the (British) Channel Four documentary 'A Place in the Sun' as one of the most beautiful properties on the Cote d'Azur.

 tout est rĂ©unis pour notre confort et notre repos

Tres belle villa contemporaine, trĂšs bien agencĂ©e avec 1 salle de bain et toilette pour chaque chambre, la vue y est magnifique sur toute la baie de la Corniche d’Or, Ă  10 mn de Theoule sur mer. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able et profonde. A recommander.

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine en famille dans cette maison magnifique Ă  la vue splendide. La maison est trĂšs spacieuse, bien agencĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. On s'y sent bien. La vue est grandiose. On ne se lasse pas de l'admirer, de jour comme de nuit. Enfin, le propriĂ©taire est Ă  l'Ă©coute et trĂšs rĂ©actif pour rĂ©gler les petits dĂ©sagrĂ©ments mĂȘmes mineurs. Une semaine inoubliable!

this is indeed a very beautiful location, and the villa is as described as far as amount of rooms, bathrooms, and amenities. it accommodated our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child - very well, everyone had plenty of space and their own bathrooms. each room had it's own AC unit which was nice as well. the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware, and we were able to prepare a few really nice meals during our stay. the views from pretty much the whole house were amazing- the best part about the property. the decks/patios were as described, and lovely places to relax. landscaping is "natural". we initially planned not to rent a car as we did not really feel like driving, and prefer to walk and take public transportation. however, the house is on a BIG HILL. while it is about a 12-15 walk down to the nearest beach, the walk up does take longer and is pretty intense, even for the most fit among us. we ended up renting a car for some convenience, but primarily took the commuter train when visiting other towns. the le trayas train depot is less than a mile from the house and the trains are all super convenient all up and down the coast. the house is in a village- it isn't really even a town. the closest market is very small, albeit well stocked with basics, including fresh baguette and croissants and nice fresh fruit selection. for anything more than that you will need to head into a neighboring town, which is a 15-20 minute drive minimum.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem wunderbaren Haus. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Wir waren mit fĂŒnf Personen im Haus. Die Zimmer sind alle großzĂŒgig, es gibt genĂŒgend Badezimmer und Toiletten. Auch HandtĂŒcher sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war auch unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Haus in schöner Lage mit einigen MÀngeln

GrundsĂ€tzlich schönes Haus in wirklich ansprechender Lage. Leider schlecht gepflegt und wenig ansprechend in der Sauberkeit. Pool völlig grĂŒn vor Algen/schmutzige Fugen und die Terrassenplanken lose bzw. Schrauben stehen hinaus. Im Haus ist nur der untere Bereich klimatisiert und der obere bei (hoch-) sommerlichen Temperaturen deshalb eher nur wenig nutzbar. KĂŒche und BĂ€der haben wir erstmal selber geputzt bevor wir es nutzen konnten/wollten. Der Gasgrill konnte aufgrund von fast leerer Gasflasche nicht benutzt werden - die versprochene neue Gasflasche wurde nie gebracht. Ungeziefer und Ameisen muss man wohl in diesen Breiten irgendwie akzeptieren, aber ein Schafzimmer hat eine AussentĂŒre, die einen 1cm Spalt nach außen hat, da kann man sich davor quasi nicht schĂŒtzen. Insgesamt eine EnttĂ€uschung und besonders Ă€rgerlich im Urlaub.

What a view

Winter Sun!

What views to wake up to! Thanks to the property being laid out for the morning sun, we could have breakfast on the terrace every morning - fantastic in February! The house is perfectly equipped, everything was clean and very comfortable! Ideally located for day trips to St Tropez or St Paul de Vence, Cannes, Nice
 Mme Dupont, the concierge, is extremely helpful and ready to answer all questions. We had a wonderful week!

Sensationeller Blick aufs Meer

Tolles Haus mit sensationellem Blick aufs Meer aus allen Zimmern. Tolle Terrasse und schöner Garten. Restaurants etwas weiter zu fahren. Deshalb haben wir fast durchgehend den super Grill mit der bestmöglichen Aussicht genutzt. Besser gehts eh nicht.

Wonderful!

Our family of 5 (now twin 11 y/o and a 13 y/o) very much enjoyed staying in this lovely, spacious, and comfortable house during the last week of June. We loved the fabulous view of the sea from almost every room, the weather, the beautiful gardens, the well decorated interior, the library, the pool, and, the well appointed kitchen (we loved being able to cook meals with the freshest local ingredients). It is easy to see why the ancients settled here. Michael, the owner, and Sacha, the caretaker, were very nice and responsive to our needs. In addition, a very detailed instructions/information booklet and list of local restaurants is provided, which was very helpful. We tried a few of the restaurants-- the Marco Polo and Jalili B were our favorites. There were many staples in the villa when we arrived allowing us to wait until the next morning before going to the super market. Further, the washing machine and dryer worked well. Finally, we were given a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift upon arrival, which was a great way to start our week. In terms of opportunities for improvement, the only minor suggestions we have are for additional instructions about the induction stove. This was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return soon.

Wie erhofft, die komplette Entspannung mit Blick auf das Meer.

Die Beschreibung lĂŒgt nicht, man kann von jedem Zimmer aus das Meer sehen. Und wir waren eigentlich nur draußen. Der erste Morgenkaffee auf der tollen Terrasse, dann das FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit Blick auf die funkelnde See. Mittags und abends kann durch den DachĂŒberstand sogar bei leichtem Regen draußen bleiben. Wir haben viel gegrillt, weil die Gastronomieauswahl vor Ort begrenzt ist (Das Jilali B können wir empfehlen, gehobene KĂŒche, natĂŒrlich auch etwas teurer). Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ein englisches Arbeitszimmer, Desginermöbel und sehr kolorierte Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. WLAN mit Streaming funktioniert - evtl. muss der EmpfĂ€nger ein bißchen um die Ecke in den Flur. Unser Töchterchen war frustiert, dass sie draussen kaum WLAN hatte, aber UMTS war da. Durch die Verdunklungsrollos konnte man die Schlafzimmer kĂŒhl halten. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt. Der Pool war fĂŒr uns Mimosen erst zu kĂŒhl, aber durch die Sonneneinstrahlung ging es und wir jeden Tag viel drin.

A real home away from home with hosts who cannot do enough to ensure your stay goes smoothly.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have discovered this piece of paradise on the Med. It is located ideally between the larger centres of Cannes & St Tropez so it's possible to visit either by car or boat - available from the local marina. After a busy day it's possible to relax and unwind with a swim in the pool and a BBQ on the deck over looking the Med. Truely amazing to watch the large boats ply the crystal clear waters as they move up and down the coast The home is everything the pictures suggest. There is no false advertising here! What made the stay most enjoyable was the feeling of being in someone's well provisioned and cared for home. What made our week outstanding was the genuine care displayed when something was not quite right. It was dealt with and fixed without regard to cost or effort. The owners genuinely want their guests to have a great time and take pride in the home. We will be back!

The views are superb. The villa is 115m above sea level. The place is very quiet. You can sit in the very nice terrace and hear the silence. The house is fully renovated with wooden floor and is very well appointed. You feel that every details have been thought about from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much much and will happily go back.

The villa is amazing with the views from every room. Le Trayas is in a lovely small bay, one of the nicest spots along this bit of the coast. We visited in Febuary and it is the perfect place for out of season, on the couple of days when the weather was not great you've still got those beautiful views. Loved it.

Villa mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer

Sehr schöne Villa mit noch viel schönerem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von le Trayas!!! Vermieter sehr freundlich, Anfahrtswege sehr gut beschrieben, im Haus ein "Buch" in dem alles Notwendige (SpĂŒlmaschine, TV, Herd etc.) perfekt erklĂ€rt wurde. KĂŒche gut ausgestattet (leider nicht sehr sauber bei Anreise, sowie auch die BĂ€der) Leider gab es nur einen HausschlĂŒssel, was bei 5 Personen einfach zu wenig ist. Sehr sauberer Pool, tolle Betten...und Champagner zur BegrĂŒĂŸung !!!

Traumhafter Meerblick

Wir haben das Haus im FrĂŒhjahr als Paar fĂŒr eine Woche gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Lage und Ausblick sind nur schwer zu ĂŒbertreffen. Die grossen Balkone und Terassen bieten viel Raum. Auch innen fĂŒhlt man sich sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung ist ĂŒberkomplett. DarĂŒber hinaus gibt es einen gepflegten Terrassengarten mit Pool. Jedem, der eine ruhige und entspanndende Zeit verbringen möchte, uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Eine fantastische Aussicht von einer Terrasse, die zum Entspannen einlÀdt.

Wir haben dort mit Freunden eine sehr angenehme Woche verbracht und können das Haus zweifelfrei empfehlen. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Zimmer unterschiedlich groß und imposant sind (was die Zuteilung u. U. erschwert), war alles andere hervorragend. Die Aussicht auf`s Meer lĂ€dt zum Entspannen auf der Terrasse ein, sowohl zum Abend hin als auch bereits beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Wir haben nichts bereut.

Fantastic Holiday at Villa Miramar

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Miramar. Sasha, who met us at the villa and Michael were very helpful. The villa itself has everything we needed and the views from every room are breathtaking.
