Pan Dei redefines luxury and hospitality. Far beyond the magnificent rooms (also truly soundproof!) and setting, the staff so uniformly kind and generous with smiles and assistance at every turn. Food exceptional, massage exceptional, valet exceptional, concierge exceptional. I can be picky especially when paying for a luxury experience, but here no notes, 10/10. A magical stay at this wonderful boutique hotel with the best possible location. Staff was extremely kind and service minded, the food the best we had in St Tropez and the hotel itself very intimate and beautiful. Perfect. The hotel is stunning, will absolutely make your jaw drop. Rooms are perfectly appointed with all amenities you will need or want. The staff is the best we’ve experienced. They help with reservations and arrange everything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is walkable to all the shops, marina and restaurants. They will arrange transportation if you need to go to beach clubs. They work so cohesively togther as co workers, it is truly impressive. Highest recommendation ever for a hotel. We loved it and are already looking forward to a longer stay next year. We appreciated every little detail that made our trip so special.

This property is stunning in every way. Every detail from the decor to gracious staff to all of the fine high quality appointments throughout the property. Only the finest quality items are used throughout. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday or short getaway. The location is easy to access and it is only a short walk to many designer stores and the stunning port of Saint Tropez. Also, the Citaldel is just a few blocks up from the front door of the hotel where you will find breathtaking views of the city and Mediterranean Sea.

BabyMoon Dreams in St. Tropez!

I was completely STUNNED with our stay @ Pan Dei Palais. From the moment we arrived until the moment we pulled away, the hotel made us feel welcome and special. We stayed on our Baby Moon and were gifted many special items from the hotel. The staff knew us by name and went out of their way to make us feel like we were all good friends. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a delicious complimentary b'fast each morning, parking, and an AMAZING cake in our room that I will never forget. The room and building itself is historic, beautiful and sparkling clean with state of the art amenities. Heated floors, automatic lights, convenient plugs, dyson blow dryer, the list goes on and on. Finally, upon our departure the staff gifted us with special stickers, a box of Laudure Macaroons and went across the street and waited for us to drive away and waved. It was an experience like no other and I can't wait to return! Thank you!

The service provided by Alina Semenets was extraordinary. There were some small issues that were quickly address by Alina. Who took the time to meet with me privately and listen very carefully to each of my concerns. It was clear that her staff was carefully selected for their positions and her directions were conveyed immediately. The privacy of the property was one of the kind which created a sense of ownership by the guest. It also created the feeling of a exclusive place that everyone wanted to see. Our stay at Airelles Pan Dei Palais in St. Tropez was nothing short of extraordinary—an experience that defined elegance, refinement, and impeccable hospitality. The hotel itself is a sanctuary, seamlessly blending the grandeur of an 18th-century palace with modern sophistication. Every corner exudes charm, from the exquisite decor to the tranquil courtyard and inviting pool. The rooms, adorned with rich fabrics and tasteful antiques, offer an intimate retreat, where comfort meets artistry in a way that feels both indulgent and serene. Before I start my review I would like to mention that we stayed in one of the best hotels across the world . Myself my husband and my daughter we think that our stay at Pan Dei Palais in St Tropez was THE BEST hotel in the world we ever stayed!!!! Location - absolutely fantastic in the heart of St Tropez- walking distance to everywhere . Staff- the nicest people we ever met: extremly kind and polite but not overwhelming; We all adored them!!!! Clean less-outstanding!!! Room service - 6 stars plus!!!!! The car service to the amazing beach restaurant was luxurious! The beach area & food at the beach restaurant & service provided - FIRST class!!!! And gorgeous beach of course!!! Our room was very comfy and gorgeous! Breakfast exquisite !!!!!! Pool area - gorgeous! We felt more like at home than at the hotel!! Certainly we are already planning to come back in October for longer. If we need to criticise anything is would be our dinner at the hotel . We were expecting Indian style curries but it wasn’t Indian. Food which should have been specified in the menu. It wasn’t our cup of tea. A part of that it is 10 out of 10 hotel or even more!!! Thank you SO much and hope to be back soon. Baccus Family
