A beautiful kitchen fully equipped and open to the living room (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, bread grills, wine cooler...) A laundry room (dryer, washing machine) A lounge and its fireplace. A large dining table perfect for dinners with family or friends.
Two beautiful double rooms and TV (160x200cm) and their bathroom en suite.
You will find upstairs three large double bedrooms, television (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom. Each with the colors of the South and customized.
Outside, a nice pool and jacuzzi, its unique pool house perfect for sipping a drink in the sun. A summer kitchen, a bowling alley, a table tennis.
