Discover our charming stone house "Terre et Mer", nestled in a hamlet near Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, a true gem of the Vendée coast. You will enjoy an idyllic setting, surrounded by trees and greenery, with an ideal location: just 2.5km from the first beaches and 800m from the village.
This charming house is located in a green setting with garden and pétanque court. You will also be close to a farm (without nuisance) and an organic market gardener.
For your outdoor meals, you will appreciate the large garden, equipped with sun loungers to relax and an electric plancha for your enjoyment.
From the moment you arrive at this house, you will be charmed by the living room with its stone walls and exposed beams. You will discover a welcoming lounge area, equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, as well as a television. From the bay windows, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.
The large family dining table is also located in this room, next to the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. You will find everything you need for cooking: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, bean-to-cup coffee maker and filter coffee maker. The washing machine is also installed in the kitchen.
In the living room, a library for adults is at your disposal, as well as a dedicated space for children, with books and games.
On the upper floor, you will have access to the bedrooms, all equipped with high-end bedding: two bedrooms each have a Queen Size bed (160x200), and the third is equipped with a bunk bed. A baby cot is also available if needed.
The bathroom is located upstairs and is equipped with a hairdryer. The staircase to access the upper floor is quite steep, reflecting the charm of the old building. A child safety gate is installed, but vigilance is recommended with young children.
To park, three private parking spaces are at your disposal right in front of the house.
