The hosts, Jean - Michel and Nathalie were very friendly and gave us good instruction on use and care of the house. The property was ideal for our needs. We have two dogs and required a dog friendly property. This was perfect with lots of space and fully enclosed gardens. The pool was heated and covered. The weather was not great so we used the pool under the glass cover, like swimming in a greenhouse. The only slight negative we had was the bed we used was not quite as comfortable as the bed we are used to at home. That said it did not detract from a wonderful week. There are several good restaurants within a 7 minute drive. Beaches are 30-40 minutes away and were all fantastic.

Beautiful stay with family

Who stayed: 2 families with young kids We had an amazing time in Sainte Gemme. The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly set up to welcome families. We really enjoyed the pool! We visited the zoo, La Rochelle and local vineyards while there.

Riesiger Bungalow mit einem schönen Pool und einer weiterzukommen Terrasse. Das Haus ist auch bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur angenehm kühl. Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen sowie Boule sind vorhanden. Es ist absolut ruhig und die Aussicht auf die Sonnenblumenfelder ist fantastisch. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei und kann problemlos von 4 Personen gleichzeitig genutzt werden.

Super schönes Haus, wirklich in Frieden

Das Haus ist wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut überall hin. Die Raumaufteilung, Ausstattung und der Pool sind klasse. Auch Jean-Paul und seine Frau sind super nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen und auch bei der Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Super logement pour vacances en famille

Super accueil par des propriétaires chaleureux , à l’écoute, aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Cadeau de bienvenue. Maison hyper propre,spacieuse avec tout le confort pour passer de superbes vacances: 2 frigos appréciables quand il fait si chaud, tout l’électroménager pour cuisiner, divans confortables, tv dans la chambre en plus du salon, ….. Une très belle piscine: grande, marches pour descendre dedans, à température idéale et avec un toit coulissant si le temps n’est pas beau….Table de ping-pong, barbecue …. Tout est prévu pour passer un merveilleux séjour. À conseiller sans hésiter

Calme et tranquillité assurés

Une très belle maison au coeur de la campagne, très spacieuse et bien équipée.Piscine au top, et jardin équipé d un terrain de pétanque très apprécié.Les commerces sont à 5min en voiture et Royan a 30min.Nous avons passé une belle semaine CANICULAIRE, la climatisation aurait été un plus, car même si annoncée dans le descriptif, elle n y est pas, la maison reste fraiche car parfaitement exposée pour, en periode d'été classique, mais pas assez malheureusement pour cette semaine haute en degrés. C est une chose a savoir mais cela ne doit pas vous freiner dans votre choix de louer cette maison si vous cherchez comme nous à vous reposer.

eine fantastische Woche

Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund da, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager und haben alle zusammen die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen toll gelegenen Haus genossen. Vom super freundlichen Empfang bis zur ebenso freundlichen Verabschiedung konnten wir das Haus mit seiner tollen Ausstattung komplett ungestört genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Peaceful and highly comfortable holiday house

Great holiday house, garden and swimming pool. Peaceful... but it means you have to get a car to go visit something or to go eating / shopping.That's the only (little) disadvantage.

Exellent séjour !

Maison spacieuse, très bien aménagée et équipée, confortable et joliment décorée. Piscine très bien sécurisée pour la tranquillité de tous. Le + pour se ressourcer, Le CALME. Great holiday house and surroundings

We especially loved the location, the very beautiful rural countryside and the small villages in the neigbourhood. The perfect place when you are looking for a very quiet and silent spot. We also liked the house because it is modern and spacious and it stays pleasantly cool inside with hot weather.

Notre séjour fut agréable en famille dans une maison spacieuse, confortable, lumineuse, au calme, très belle vue panoramique. Logement excellent pour passer des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille au calme. La maison est vraiment top, il ne manque rien !! Les enfants étaient heureux de pouvoir profiter d'un très grand espace extérieur (clôturé) avec la piscine. C'est le séjour idéal si vous souhaitez passez des vacances en toute tranquillité ! La voiture est indispensable. Petits commerces à 5kms mais prévoir 30min de route pour aller à la mer, 45min pour le zoo la Palmyre, la Rochelle... Les propriétaires sont adorables, aux petits soins pour les vacanciers, tout est fait pour qu'on passe un bon séjour. Merci de nous avoir si bien accueilli. Mme Delattre
