The cottage is an integral part of the Utah Beach Estate, a 330-hectare property in the heart of the countryside offering a variety of services.

The wooded driveway leading to the property was used early on by American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is located just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a town within the Cotentin Marshes Regional Natural Park.
The estate comprises four cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm, and stables. The "Chez Arsène" restaurant offers dishes prepared with fresh, local produce each evening, including beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, "Utah Beef."

The price does not include: charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
