This is my primary residence, rated 3 stars and equipped with all the necessary amenities, which I rent out in July, August, and early September. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two TVs, internet, a private heated pool, a very large 65 m² living room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an open-concept kitchen, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and all the necessary kitchenware. La Rochelle is 10 km away. The Île de Ré is 15 km away, and the Marais Poitevin is also nearby. All necessary shops are within a 1-km walking distance. A large shopping centre is 5 km away. The owner will welcome you personally.

Semaine du 16 au 23 aoûtNous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Jean Claude et Odile, se sont de supers hôtes très sympathiques. Leur belle et grande maison est très fonctionnelle, très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de gout, nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Avons très apprécié la piscine juste à coté du coin repas équipé d'une plancha, d'un barbecue et d'un frigo qui nous a été très utile.A notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à un plateau de "produits locaux", cela nous a beaucoup touché.De plus, nous avons aussi apprécier les lits faits à notre arrivée ainsi que les torchons, essuie-mains, serviettes de plage pour chacun et surtout la vaisselle en quantité (ou beaucoup de locations ne rivalisent pas!!!!).Mérite un 12 sur 10 sans exagération. Nous pensons déjà y retourner, un grand merci à Jean Claude et Odile.Betty M 87
