A glorified motel masquerading as a hotel which is very tired. Very basic rooms, sparsely decorated. Ours had cupboard doors falling off. Crockery and cutlery supplied were minimal and had odd numbers with 3 of some items and four of others. Unfortunately the lagoon pool was freezing, which is not the fault of the property but as it is the main feature maybe they should consider heating it as there is no other reason to stay at this hotel.

The Swimout Room was great - Spa was nearby as well. Easy parking. Location was great - close to shopping centre. They however advertised as "Fully equipped kitchen", but most of the shelves were missing from the fridge. I had to pile my stuff on top of each other. The oven was missing trays (had to run and buy disposable foil trays to bake a few things) there wasn't an option to hand wash dishes or to wipe down the kitchen. Shampoo, conditioner bottles were empty. They also need to change their supplier for shampoo & Conditioner (stinks). The blinds in the room are VERY worn out - they don't close properly. Also need to do a pest control - saw a few coakroaches on the floor

We had a lovely stay at Oaks Resort. The pool area was really nice, and the view from the property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. The resort also had great amenities including a tennis court and a steam room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience — would definitely stay again!

The rooms were clean, well presented and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and a good choice of pillows. Sadly, our stay was just for one night, but it was pleasant and would be a nice place to visit for longer. The tariff was quite reasonable, given the standard of the resort. Parking was convenient and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful with an easy check-in and check out. I would most definitely consider staying here again.

Only complaint is that the shutters in the room leading out to the balcony was off their track and did not have the wheel at the bottom to fit into the track. It made the shutters hard to open and close.

So nice sitting outside with the pool veiw!! Relaxing and private. Would recommend staying here. So close to the shopping centre too. Enjoyed my stay!!

Stayed here on a weekday and the resort was mainly empty - lovely property and everything I thought it would be with the beautiful pool surrounding the property My only concern, there is one small gym, one lap pool and one sauna - during the busy holiday period I would be concerned about accessing these facilties easily.
