The grand hotel is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in as far as cleanliness. The room was amazing and the staff are very friendly.

Suite did not have a door as advertised. Recieved conflicting explanation from multiple staff. Hot tub was closed due to bacteria. Continental breakfast was poor. TV remote in room would not work. Could here upstairs guests stomping around half the night. For the price will not stay here again.
