A cozy and bright apartment that has been completely renovated, both in terms of the remodeling and the contemporary furnishings. The apartment is located just 5 metres from the beach and features a balcony with a sea view, as well as every amenity needed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. It is situated in a quiet area that is also well-served by shops and amenities for a comfortable stay, including a pharmacy, supermarket, and post office. The Pastena train station is just 900 metres away.



The 50-square-meter apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 8 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, toaster, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living area with a double sofa bed, split AC, and TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony with ocean view, equipped with two lounge chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, closet, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.

Check-in after midnight is not permitted, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.



Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just 900 metres from the Pastena train station, in an area offering all the amenities you’ll need during your stay: shops, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, and bars.

Whether you reach the city centre by public transportation or by car, you can admire the well-preserved medieval historic centre, numerous churches, and stroll along the waterfront and on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the city’s main shopping street.

Once you arrive at Piazza Alfano I, you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, a structure that appears simple and unadorned from the outside but is enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of St. Matthew—the most important part of the building.

Continuing along one of Salerno’s main shopping streets, Via dè Mercanti—a charming, historic street that runs through the entire old town—you’ll reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th-century noble residence that once belonged to one of Salerno’s most prominent families.

The Villa Comunale in Salerno is the city’s main park, hosting various events throughout the year, such as the traditional Mostra di Minerva in April and the renowned Luci d
