stayed at this hotel for two weeks. I can't say anything bad about it, since my experience was wonderful with all the staff who work there. I recommend it 100 percen
I had a friend in Salford Royal having surgery. A Better Night Hotel gave me a safe comfortable space for me to be so I could be there for my friend every day!
The room was comfortable and clean.
Thank you.
Points faibles : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
Was okay, but some big issues ...
This hotel was inexpensive and did the trick, but definitely wasn't as nice as advertised on the website so we felt a bit let down.
The staff were nice, and things seemed clean... for the most part.
I would have given it a better review but there were a few smaller issues and a few bigger issues for us.
Smaller issues: the shower didn't drain well, macerator on the toilet was super loud, and no blackout curtains even though the room faced a hospital, so quite a few very bright ambulance lights. The beds were also not comfortable, and a number of the food items at breakfast were expired.
Big issues: we have a young child and found a cigarette filter in our room, as well as a small pointy metal object poking out of the sheet in the double bed. To me, these things were a bit of a safety hazard and made me a bit distrustful of the standards of everything else.
Cheap and cheerful, staff were friendly.
My room had a bathroom leak - the carpet was wet near to the bathroom door. I was going to mention it before I left but no staff were available at the desk
This hotel despite some of the good reviews does need a major overhaul. The room door wasnât very secure and the room itself was distinctly average. No tea or coffee making facilities, no TV. The bedroom was ok. The en-suite bathroom looked fairly new although the toilet didnât flush successfully and overflowed with water not great to be honest. Decided to avoid taking a shower in case the drainage was blocked underneath.
The price probably reflected the venue. The breakfast was very basic.
Although it was competitively priced compared to the larger hotels I would probably opt for one of those next time.
The one plus was the free parking. Theyâve clearly still got work to do if they wish to attract new and repeat business. 4/10
Nice hotel outside the centre with easy access. No room amenities and beds arenât the comfiest but good enough for just staying a night. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Very friendly welcome (once we found the right doorbell!). Parking on site and we couldn't hear any traffic noise at all overnight, very quiet. About 18 minutes to Manchester Airport by car. Breakfast basic buffet with good choice of cereals, fruit and toast. No kettle in room.
