The Space:
Morning light filters through crittall windows as you sip coffee beside the canal, watching the calm water reflect the city skyline. Evenings invite you to unwind on the terrace, a soft hum from Manchester’s streets drifting across the water. Inside, every space feels open and composed, balancing comfort and a connection to the neighborhood outside.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms span the upper floors, each designed for rest and simplicity. Two rooms feature king-size beds and one holds a double, all with blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, and ample wardrobe storage. On the top floor, the master bedroom includes a desk that doubles as a dedicated workspace.
Kitchen & dining
The open-plan kitchen brings everything together for shared meals or slow mornings. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and Nespresso machine. The six-seater dining table is perfect for gathering, while the kitchen island with two stools invites casual conversation or a quick breakfast.

The living area offers a large corner sofa and a smart TV with sound system, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access. Warm tones and natural light make this an easy space to settle into after exploring nearby Castlefield or Spinningfields. Portable fans and heating ensure comfort through the seasons.

If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
