Our reviews don't lie... You’ll love this 1900's Brick Home. Walking distance to dining, shopping, groceries and nightlife in downtown Salida. Full interior remodel. New Belgium cruiser bikes available to cruise the river. Cable TV. Table and chairs on the front porch overlooking the private fenced front yard on F St. The home is the perfect home base to explore the Arkansas Valley and an ideal place to stay in and sample the local fare. Get the true Salida experience by staying in the middle of it all.

2 Bedrooms 1.5 bath. Bedroom One has a Queen bed and a 1/2 bath. Bedroom Two has a King bed and closet. Open floor plan. Large updated kitchen w/ new appliances.

Great Stay at The Brick

This is an amazing property just a couple of blocks from a very fun and vibrant downtown. The place was clean and comfortable and had bikes available for taking our adventure outside of the downtown area. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone that asked.

Located in the heart of Salida! Walk out the door and you are a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and Riverside Park! Beds are comfortable, updated bathroom and kitchen. TV with streaming services in every room.

Awesome Salida house

We took a short Spring Break trip here to ski Monarch and visit some hot springs in the area. This house was fantastic - great kitchen, great living spaces for us to just hang out as a family and enjoy Salida. The location is excellent for shops, groceries, and restaurants. Monarch is a short drive (30 mins tops with good road conditions) and mountain biking trails start just a few blocks away.

Great house, lots of character, property management was great. Just one shower if that will be an issue for you. Walk to everything in town.

Great location

Great location. Clean. Never watched tv but there are one in every room. Couldn’t figure out where to take the trash but luckily the cleaner showed up and said would take it out for us. Good communication and has the needed pots and pans even though we ate out the whole time. Only negative was the size of the security deposit of 1500. That was the most we’ve seen and kind of impact credit card payments, but minor issues. Great place.

The Brick

Nice place to stay in Salida, in a perfect location. Clean, updated, and comfortable. Check the details of the sleeping arrangements carefully. We expected a sleeper sofa but found a large non-sleeper sofa instead. Worked fine for us, just be aware if you are counting on that third bed.

Great location and cool place.

We loved our stay in Salida, being just steps away from the shops and restaurants was a huge plus. The host allowed us to check in early and the house was spotless. They even had a NES for the kids to play when we came in for the night. I think it deserves five stars however I will say that we had some trouble with the shower draining. The host took care of it quickly but even after it was fixed the shower is not very good. Just low pressure. Also wish it had a washer dryer. Again though loved the place.

We love the Brick!

We are frequent fliers to Chaffee County and we absolutely LOVED our stay at this quaint, comfortable home. The location cannot be beat. We loved being walking distance (literally a three minute walk) to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Salida. For those traveling with kiddos, like we were, we loved being walking distance to a cute park for our little guy to play at. Our son, who is two, also loved his stay with plenty of room for him to run around and play with his toys. The home itself is super charming with a ton of character. We visited on a particularly cold week in January and had just as much fun hunkering down and staying cozy at the house as we did walking to our favorite brewery and restaurants. Caleb was super responsive the couple of times we needed to reach out with questions. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We loved being so close to downtown. Property was mostly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at one of their properties again when we return to Salida.

BEAUTIFUL Home, GREAT Location

House was very well kept and clean. Location was better than we could have expected, right in the heart of Salida. A short walk to restaurants, bars and the grocery. If we're ever back in Salida THIS is where we will stay. Caleb was great to work with, very responsive to messages and texts!

Adorable place, best location

This place was so unique and adorable. Classic 1900s feel but modern updates. Great space for our kids and we loved the gated front courtyard. We parked and walked everywhere-the location was perfect for salida. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place, Great Location...

Only reason for 4 stars was the place wasn't clean when we arrived. BUT, Caleb quickly responded and expressed how his cleaning service bailed on him last minute. We left to meet some friends at Elevation Beer Co and by the time we got back the place was cleaned up and ready to go. Great place to stay and would stay again.

Great time

We had the best time in Salida, Colorado. This house was very clean and made us feel right at home. It was close to everything within walking distance. The owner was very quick at responding to my questions.
