Checkin was slow. It was not clear if you had to formally checkout or not. I stood in line for 23 minutes, got mad and left. Tried to call from my car. No answer. Tried to stop by an hour later and the line was even longer. Got charged for a second night erroneously.

My family and I really loved the building, the facilities and pool, the restaurant, all of the staff, and the great interior design. But the beds themselves seemed old and worn out, and did not match the rest of the experience, as they were uncomfortable. If this was changed, the place would be perfect!
