Villa Chiara - feel home away from home

Villa Chiara by Heart of Garda is an elegant house in the village of Cunettone (Salò) composed by two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, a new kitchen, a spacious living-area and four bathrooms (three main bathrooms and one service bathroom). Outside you can enjoy the shadow of the olive trees, sunbath or have a quiet meal under the equipped patio.
Pizzerias and supermarket are in a walking distance.
It takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the town of Salò and the beach.

It is a semi-detached house but with completely independent entrance.

GARDEN:
The garden is private. There are a barbecue and also four sunbeds. The patio is equipped with table and chairs.

PARKINGS: one private garage is available, but you can park also in the front garden .
If you arrive with more cars, next to the house there is a large free parking,

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
All the bedrooms are on the first floor.
The bathrooms are arranged in these way:
- bathroom 1 on the first floor
- bathroom 2 in one of the bedroom
- bathroom 3 in the semi basement
- service bathroom near the kitchen, on the ground floor.

AIR-CONDITIONINGS:
One air-con is in the living-area.
One is in one double bedroom.
The last one is in the halloway on the first floor and it is in common with two bedrooms (so you have to leave the doors open to cool them).

HEATING:
Please note that as heating, there is the mode "winter" of the air-conditionings (hot air).
No gas in the house.
For the colder days, there is a pellet stove in the living-area.
