Bathrooms and amenities: 2 full bathrooms and a toilet; it also has a large dressing room.
Outdoor and leisure: patio for having coffee or enjoying the outdoors, large terrace with sofa, sun loungers, table, and barbecue. The property has a large communal pool with sea views.
Accessibility and safety: there are stairs in different areas; not ideal for people with reduced mobility. The upper terrace requires constant supervision for the safety of children.
