Villa La Palmera is a delightful, contemporary Spanish style property with spacious, south-facing terraces offering stunning, panoramic views of the Mediterranean located on the higher part of the Monte de los Almendros. Walking up the stairs from the entrance to La Palmera, you enter the villa via the large terrace area where you can enjoy the sun on one of the loungers next to the private pool gazing out to sea or sit comfortably in the refreshing shade under the large, round, covered veranda with comfortable furniture. It makes a delightful summer outdoor living area and even has a powerful telescope allowing you to admire the spectacular view in infinite detail. Next to the covered veranda, on the right side of the villa, there is another terrace area bordered by a beautiful, large palm tree, after which the house is named, that has enchanting atmospheric lighting. As this area is situated next to the house, it offers a more intimate and private atmosphere where you can enjoy wonderful alfresco dining on warm summer nights with your family or guests at the elegant, large glass dining table. On a raised level just behind this terrace there is also a gas BBQ allowing you to prepare wonderful local products and entertain at the same time. La Palmera is perfectly equipped and optimally designed for outdoor living, day or night, gazing out over the sea or in the shade of a tropical palm tree. Entering the villa, you pass through an airy hall as you pass seamlessly from outdoor living into the bright, open indoor area decorated in natural tones with spectacular views from every angle. The hall is the focal point of the house, connecting both floors and, on this level, it joins the kitchen, the guest bathroom and living room allowing you to effortlessly move from one space to another. To your left there is a fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board and a Nespresso coffee machine.
