Capellans Beach, despite being one of the busiest, has a very family-friendly atmosphere and offers sun lounger and parasol rental services. The apartment is in a great location with the best view. It was a very short walk to a wonderful beach. The balcony was fabulous to sit and watch the sea and the sun set. 4 of us stayed in the flat and it was fine. The air conditioning was useful. There was no extras in the flat, like tea, coffee, salt or pepper. Nothing was left. There was no sun umbrella or mats for the beach. We brought an umbrella and left it in the flat. Overall a good flat.

Если не обращать внимание на убитый в хлам ламинат всё было просто СУПЕР! Хроший ортопедический матрас, чистые простыни, вся необходимая бытовая техника. И не возможно передать восторг от терасы и вида на море и пляж. Ты просыпаешся и засыпаешь под шум моря. Ты выходиш из апартамента и уже через пять минут уже плывёшь в море. Не смотря на сентябрь на пляже было много людей, но было очень спокойно и дружелюбно. Все дни было очень тёплое море. Большое спасибо Светлане, работнику офиса, которая помогала нам решать мелкие бытовые проблемы. Большое спасибо всей команде UHC, которые обеспечили нам такой прекрасный отдых. Мы были здесь счастливы все 20 дней. Сюда хочеться вернуться.
Владельцам апартамента советуем заменить убитый ламинат на керамическую плитку. На наш взгляд, не логично стелить на пол ламинат в зоне очень высокой влажности, он очень быстро изнашивается.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (séjour du 27/07/25 au 08/08/25). L'appartement est idéalement situé avec vue sur la mer comme sur la photo de présentation. La plage est à moins de 100 mètres. Les personnels de Universal Holiday centre (gestionnaire de l'appartement) ont été très accueillants et ont répondu rapidement à nos sollicitations. Petit bémol, ll manque une climatisation dans une des chambre (celle des lits double).

Die Wohnung an sich hatte eine super gute Lage relativ nah zur Promenade sowie zum Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ebenfalls wunderbar.
Leider waren in der Wohnung keine vernünftigen Bettdecken vorhanden.. von Trockentüchern sowie Spülmittel etc. Fehlte leider auch jede Spur.
Unser gemietete Vito war leider zu groß um in die Tiefgarage zu fahren weshalb wir an der Straße auf Parkplatzsuche gehen mussten was gelegentlich sehr umständlich war. Deshalb die 3 Sterne.
Der Komfort der Wohnung ist jedoch wie beschrieben. Für 4 Personen zu empfehlen.
