When we got situated in our room, we realized the toilet was plugged. Maintenance arrived quickly and spent about 30 minutes fixing the issue. However, the bathroom sink was very sluggish as well. I think the plumbing needs a good clean out.

Pretty hotel, cold pool.
Beautiful hotel. Warm hot tub, cold pool, didn't feel like the heater was on unfortunately. Also, we got a suite and the heat only went to one side..... the other side was cold and kids said too cold to sleep

Somethings changed.
Something has happened since Thanksgiving. I visit often on business. 33 days last year at this hotel. This time, the bar and restraint in the evening is backed up. Like not enough staff to handle the number of people. I felt sorry for the bartender as she was trying her best.

The pool was not too cold and both the pool and hot tub were clean! Our room was pretty clean and we enjoyed staying in the suite. The staff was kind and did not act annoyed when I calleed asking for things. Best hotel stay by far!
