walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin

Make sure to stay on the top floor, as the walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. A 12-year-old hockey team was above us, ruined our first night of sleep. The beds are comfortable, but the "Queen" bed is a full bed. My wife and I were constantly adjusting throughout the night. The staff was friendly and service-oriented.

This is our favorite place to stay in Salt Lake City. Very clean, friendly staff, delicous breakfast, overall very nice. Wonderful location, right near shopping and food options. My husband thinks the mattresses are kind of hard, but I think they're great! Reasonable pricing too.

The staff was great. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. We did have 2 problems. We had an ADA accessible room. The shower would have been great except there was no bench to sit on and the floor would be slick when wet. The toilet was not ADA accessible. It was low with no grab bars, in a tight confined space. If I had been alone I wouldnt have been able to use it. The bed was quite high too. If a traveler is in a wheelchair it would be awkward to get into. Like with the toilet it would be impossible to use a transfer board. There was also a problem with parking. When we first arrived parking was OK, but when we returned, after attending the HEART concert, after midnight there was no place to park. We had to park on the street which is inconvenient for persons with disabilities and dangerous for everybody. It was a close drive (10 minutes) to the Maverick Center. The staff was apologetic and said they'd pass along the info to management.

Staff was great. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. We had 2 problems with the room, the ADA accessible room had a great shower, except no bench to sit on, easy entry door for a wheelchair, BUT the toilet was not accessible. It was a low toilet w NO grab bars. That made using it very difficult. If I had been alone I wouldn't have been able to use it. The parking was horrible. When we first arrived it was Ok, but when we came back at midnight, after the HEART concert we attended, there was no place to park. We had to park on the street, which is inconvenient for disabled people and dangerous. Again I must compliment the staff.
